There is extensive phone and online coverage both from myself and my extended team (rest assured you will be dealing with me throughout your sale) as well as the use of our social media. This means that prospective purchasers can get in contact either through my office, my websites, property portals, my social media accounts or email. As an independent personal estate agent, it really couldn’t be any easier to get in touch with me and book a viewing.
Also, because I work differently to other estate agents in the area, I don’t need to have 20+ properties on the market at any one time, to be honest I don’t ever want to be dealing with more than 5 clients at any time. This means that I can give my utmost attention to my clients, your property and potential buyers. If a buyer calls or if a client has a question, I don’t want them having to wait for me to get back to them.
